I just noticed that the arm that comes out from the actuator and connects to the turbo is jammed, the actuator moves, it s the arm that comes out from the turbo that s jammed. Is this risky, i mean am i risking to blow the turbo or something or is it just a minor fault which i can leave be XD..

The turbo is a garret t2 and it s installed on an 1.8 diesel engine

will i damage the turbo i i try to unseize it with some solvent
