Default Where to plumb in oil pressure and temperature gauges on a cossie?

Being a lazy ba5tard I've had a loads of stack gauges in boxes for ages, and now I finally want to fit them.

In particular I want to discuss the oil gauges, where/how is best to fit them? I see some people have used 'sandwich plates' onto the oil filter housing, or adapters onto the oil pressure switch point on the block, what does everyone reccomend, and more importantly, what specifically did you use and where did you procure such an item....!

I removed the oil pressure switch and fitted a brass t-piece then plumbed my gauge pressure switch in and the standard switch so the light still came on. Can't remember where I got it from but was probably eBay. If you wanted to do oil temp and pressure you can buy a 4way adapter. With water temp gauge gauges people normally fit a t-piece to the top rad hose and fit the sensor there

My pressure one is on a t where the turbo oil feed is and my temp is a sensor that screws into the sump plug
