Default Help with a shitty transit

Hey guys. Anyone saw the code p2563 on a 07 T350 transit?
Somthing to do with the control position sensor of the varible vein turbo, has anyone come accross this fault? Wondering weather i need to source a turbo for it. Thanks in advance

Could be the vac for the actuator,

Its an electronic actuator on those I think. Sounds like the variable vanes have seized.

the electronic actuators fail on top of turbo.

Yeah, electronic actuator. We use a company called ITS, they are really good, BBA have caused us a lot of grief tbf. Dealers want £1160 for a new unit....LOL
