Default Launch Control for coil on plug engine?

Want to add launch control to my A4 and have seen many Omex items but these only seem to do single coil ignition systems. My AEB engined A4 uses a coil on plug setup, anybody recomend me an off the shelf box that will do what I want?

I was only reading about these last night, after alot of opinions people don't rate the omex 'launch control' or 'rev limiter' plug in boxes because its not actually Launch control it's just a rev limiter..I have an omex 600 ecu so I can use that which is actual launch control which is what ill do eventually..

Speak to Nick Gower at R-Tech, he can put launch control in to some VAG 1.8T ECU's

i'd be a bit wary about cutting sparks as you will be sending unburnt fuel into your cat which will ruin it.

Rick is well regarded but my car being on a P plate means an ECU that can't be flashed, I'm finding it an ever limiting factor but am not prepared to lose the DIS or spend to go stand alone. Will drop him a shout and see if he can suggest anything.

Mine is a P plate aswell, and on the occasions i have spoke to Rick he was sure think he can map it, have a word and maybe get the ecu number to check with him.

Let us know if its possible.
