Hi fellow fordies,
well i will try to explain my issue, i have a 2001 focus 1.8 td di, actually an ex police car ( funny how many people slow down when i drive ) anyway, i noticed recently i lost by rear braking lights, reverse light, rear wiper, plus rear wash, oh and the full beam doesnt seem to work neither, now i already checked the fuses and they were fine, so im hoping this is a common fault with an easy solution? my only concern is no braking lights, rest i can live with, well until the mot runs out in feb 2014, oh and both front eletric windows packed in, apart from that, its mechanically good, no oil drips no smoke, no knocking etc, but then i suppose being an ex police car i guess they replaced parts quickly and on a daily process,
Thanks
Gary

Passenger side foot well there is a big square plug and socket (the socket stays in the door pillar)
Make sure the 10mm bolt that holds them together is tight , also there are two earth's on the rear panel if you take off the cover

Do any of the lights work at the back? Seems odd most of your issues are at the rear of the car, sounds like you could have a bad earth, check if you have (-) at one of the rear light clusters.
