Budget tuning Mondeo 2,0 zetec silvertop?

Iam just about to start my swedish budget rallycross car and its an old Mondeo 2,0 136hp. I want just that little extra from the engine so what to do?
To think of is that if someone wants my car after the race is done i have to sell it for 650 quid. Thats the rules.
I got the car for free from a friend and its not going on the road again. It will nerver pass the MOT but for some fun driving on the track its ok.
