Default Red Line Heavy ShockProof Gear Oil

Has anyone used this oil in there gearbox to quieten down gearbox chatter?
http://www.redlineoil.com/product.aspx?pid=44&pcid=8

I'm running Ford RS MK2 gearbox oil at the minute.

I have gone from a dmf to a smf in my Ford Focus ST225 and it sounds more like a diesel.

I've also got a Quafie limited slip diff in the box.

I have just had someone put in a Kalmar union/AP Racing clutch.

Thanks Clive

ive run it in 2 gtr 5 speeds with great effect, it really does help with worn synchros but shifting is hurrendous cold.

Thanks mate cant live with the noise it is making at the minute.

So gear will be shocking until gearbox oil warms up?

Ok mate did you have to change the oil more often with the Red line oil than you would with normal gearbox oil?
