exhaust cam on intake?

Default exhaust cam on intake?

Is it possible to use exhaust cam on intake side?
Cosworth?

yes - but you need to time it up when you fit the cam belt so that the woodruff key for the pulley is out by 180 degrees

looking at the engine from the timing side the inlet cam is the 1 on the right,
as the marks both point towards each other(standard),
then both marks should point right not left if that what you mean,
but even the way you mention would work as long as the aux pulley is timed accordingly
