Default actuator question

I fitted a new t3 and actuator last year and had my car setup. im sure it was 15/16psi. I noticed the gauge now reads 13psi. could it be wear/tear on the actuator or is it my mind playing tricks on me, is the actuator thing feasible? many thanks

I thought it seemed a bit flatter than I remember, I gave the actuator x2 turns and is much livelier, back to 1 bar of boost pressure. now im paranoid aboutfuelling been off lol. I can run at lower boost via a switch for now
