Default which transit connect

i'm looking to buy a transit connect and remember reading on here about issues with a particular model, would that be the tdci or the tddi? which ones the better?

also is there any reason why i couldn't put in a rear bench seat, either physical or legal reasons?

thanks in advance

Tdci is quicker than the tddi. There is a fleet of borh where i work and tbh not much goes wrong with them.

A lot of ppl say the tdci ones are troublesome but I've put over 60 thousand miles on mine over past 5 years with not a lot gone wrong simple things like sensors starter wiring loom seems a common fault as I found out but great wee vans m8

That'll be my one

Mind you with a 450 hp saph in the garage I'll take it on the chin that my connect is the slowest one of all
