The only real specialists we know of are Auto Marine Diesel in portslade but I wouldn't take my car there if you paid me!
Do you just want someone to plug it in so you can find the fault and fix it yourself or do you just want someone to fix it ?

Any reason you wouldnt use them ?

Plug in and diagnose then i will sort it. I would use my obd2 reader, but as the car is a 52plate, my reader doesnt work on it .

They serviced the pump on my 1.9 t4 after an intermittent fault and it didnt run when fitted back on yet they refused a refund , 2nd hand pump from vw breaker sorted it.

Took my vito injectors in there to get the carbon cleaned off (nice simple job) they charged me Ł60 to tell me they were fucked and wanted Ł800 for a new set , I sent them off to a fella on eBay who sent them back 4 days later good as new for Ł80.

Tbh I could go on forever with list upon list of unhappy customers.

If you just need to get it plugged in and can get it to lancing I can give you a number for the only person I have ever let touch my cars.

No not them.
Im in burgess hill tomorrow lunchtime visiting a friends paintshop on the victoria estate.
There used to be a great little garage right opposite that i use to use to reset the lights on one of my old bmw's. He had the top of the range snap on scanner so il see if hes still there and if he is how much he wants to find the problem for you.

Sorry mate
The garage has changed ownership and the new owner is....... not exactly the "helpful type".
I will see what my technician in lancing would charge to come out to you but if I'm honest I reckon itl be as much as any local mobile technician.
