Before it gets all punchy, bear in mind that he could have had a personal problem. At least give the guy chance to sort it out.

I'm waiting for 2 parts from him, no contact after payment

Both were second chance offers...

rs-auction and rspartsdirect

The second chance offers were from Geoff

Ebay will not do anything until the 13th April

I know people say wait etc etc but honestly in this day and age how long would it take someone to send a dozen quick messages through ebay, to say somethings come up, there will be a delay in posting, and copy and paste to all buyers.

Ive sold stuff in the past and had idiots that win it, send me a full paragraph explaining that they cannot pay just yet because someone in the family is ill and they have got to rush out to the hospital, etc etc, it would be quicker to enter a paypal password and pay than it was for them to bore me with their obvious bollocks, lol

I've had loads of parts off him in the past no problems.

I'm going to give him a bit longer before wrecking his feedback!

The reason a lot were subject to second offer bids is this guy has been suspected of bidding up his item before and is well know in this circle, which is why many didn't bid and the reason i didn't bid past what i honestly believed they were worth in today's market and straight away i was outbid with 9 days 20hr's left on the auctions

You check the bidding history on the items and see what it says, why would you hide what someone was bidding?

all you lads getting 2nd chance offers.

he had the parts bidded up to death then when his mate 'won' them, he gave you all 2nd chane offers at you highest bid.

Seems very strange, he has provided a first rate service for a good few years now. I had loads off him, all quickly delivered and as described.

I wonder if he had his ebay accounts hacked and somebody else started a fake clearance auction to make a fast buck. He could be none the wiser if the contact details were all changed.

I will try to find my old invoices to see if there are any alternative contact details for you fellas.

It all seems very suspect with the second chance offers as well.

I bid on two items that were the same, the first oil filler cap went for silly money and I never attempted to bid again on it the one I won went for £20, I'm waiting for delivery as we speak, it sounds like he was bidding the items up himself which if it is the case he will have his account suspended or at worse closed.

paul on erscosworth.com, it was even stated during the auctions that there will be lots of second chance offers such was the dodgy set up in the bidding!
and thats what seemed to have happened

i recon he's been hacked, and the bidding of stuff up sounds well dodgy to me,
the 2 sets of 3 door hub cap locks were doing stupid money too,,im so glad i never bid on them this time

and to think some poor fucker is prob still waiting for his £500 gear knob or steering wheel

i do hope anyone who has lost gets their moneys back, the fucking jobs hard enough without this shit going on
