The amount of Ł562000 isnt a lot of money when you consider he will never work again. If he lives for a further 56 years that means he has Ł10000 a year to live on. He may have got this on one go but that money if not used wisely wont last long.

This is from a source that would be considered cannon. It clearly says at the bottom of the page he wont work again.

When this case is uploaded to the balli database I will get some of the exact details for you. Also it says he lost 50% of his compensation which brings it down to Ł283000 or Ł5000 per year for the next 56 years to live on.

that, yea o.k it is mad but was there a warning sign about the skylights
or asbestos {spelling} roof if there wasnt it really isnt his fault

at the end of the day if you got on a roof and done the same you would
do the same and put a claim in and you would be within your right to do
so if there is no warning sign about what is on the roof

if it was your child you would make dam sure that you would claim aswell
im sure there is many of us on here that have done bad things in our time
but will not own up to it, at the end of the day was he breaking the law
