Question optima batterys

what is the difference between these and the normal type batterys? just been looking. many thanks

optimas are fully sealed dry cell. i had one on my disco for 4 years never went flat or weak, its now on my rangey and going strong. expensive but very good.

optima batteries are good as are exide maxxima's, i've had two in the last ten years or so, never failed to perform as long as they are i use.
