Very nice, must have intergalatic miles though as its not even listed! Red is much nicer colour

A bit of useless information but the 2.5 24v is better than the 2.0 24v on fuel. I've had my 525se auto for almost 2 years and its never missed a beat. Its the most reliable car I've owned to date ...

Nath.. how many miles has yours done? this is 140,00 but with full BMW service history

oh and can anyone reccomend the best place to do an HPI check?

Dave, its now on 116k

140k is nothing as long as its been serviced properly. The main things that need doing are the oil/fliter changes and change of coolant. Also check the tcs's and shackles for clonking, wondering steering and slight vibrations and listen out for timing chains as well. Apart from that just check the usual things like the cat and that everything works like it should, etc, etc ....

If you have the reg number then give BMW GB a call at the Bracknell office as they'll only too willingly give you any info and servicing history that they have

Dave, i bought an S reg mondeo TD from the trader a while back for £1750, its a verona LX and has leccy windows, central locking and air con and isn't too slow either, it's in god nick with only 72k on the clock, can't go wrong, 300 qiud to insure too!! lovely to drive and not qworried about leaving it anywhere!! have you looked how cheap mondeo's are now days??

 

actually just remembered, my mates got a P reg astra GSi in red, low miles and immaculate, he wants 2k for that, looks well too
