Default rust

Can you buy anything that you can brush on or spray that kills rust. Was underneath the car last night and noticed some rust that could do with being wire brushed but i want to coat it in something to stop it coming back.

rust will always come back as its a metal disease, there are applications like kill rust etc which reduce the speed it returns but none are fool proof

You need to use JENOLITE. they do a pink gel on liquid ,i found the gel easier to use and not as messy. Just paint on and it turns the rust black, then use a wire brush ,paint, waxoil.

Halfords sell it btw.

How come fords seem to suffer from rust where as other car manufactures seem to be ok.Is it shite metal or shite paint. Or the salty roads.

Kurust in gel or liquid best way to get rid of rust is to cut it out and replace it with fresh metal
