Weird broadband question....
Ok, please read and try to undestand 
My parents are on Tiscali 5x Broadband at there home, now i have just brought my PC down from York to my parents, i have a 10x connection in York with tiscali.
I have Just connected to my 10x account in there home. So whos paying for it? me or them?

yeah thats the thing that concerned me, there only on 5x on there line and im connected at 10x on there 5x line from there home number.
Just wanted to make sure i wasnt bumping there bill up
and there both unlimited access

The line can only supply the speed they pay for if u want more outa the line they gotta upgrade 
But as said earlier they pay their months money, for a month not usage
