Dunno your driving style and usage of the car. But here a little list of my "daily driven setup" with very hard road use and top speed runs.
• Engine: ENEOS 0W-50
even if its more a 5W.. cause of the pour point of -45. Read the review from an engine builder testing this oil on a hard driven 1jz engine and it was like new incl. the turbo (which was known for blowing up) REVIEW
• Power steering fluid: Mobil 1 ATF 220
• MT75 gearbox: Kroon oil SP 1031

I would pick a fully synthetic (polyol) ester oil. These oils have some properties that are really great for engines, they cling to the metal (remember the Castrol add) they have high film strength and are phenomenal at resisting cracking in hot turbos - no black carbon deposits from the oil breaking down.
I use redline but that is personal choice! I use a mix of 5w40 and 10w60 at the moment!
As regards brake fluid I use a R600+ which is a sully synthetic dot 4 fluid it does not boil very easily so resists brake fade very well, even on long track sessions.
Dry boiling point 599ºF/315ºC min
Wet boiling point 399ºF/204ºC min
I use Prestone antifreeze at the moment but I am thinking of moving to EVANS WATERLESS COOLANT. as it lasts for the life of the car will not corrode the block & its boiling point is 180ºC so will not over boil or over pressurise the coolant system.
