I've worked all over the UK on dozens of different fuel depots over the last few years.
I see ALL the tankers (that's supermarkets, and all the brands) fill up from the same fuel racks which are all fed from the same stock tanks, on some terminals, the branded tankers have their own additives injected whilst loading, but not everywhere.
Some of the supermarkets use additives, some don't.
Some of the big terminals buy in the shittest unleaded they can and blend it with all kinds of chemicals on a large scale to boost the octane up to 95 spec. Others inject it with butane to achieve the same result.
I'm not aware of different blend ratios for "bio-diesel" for different customers, as far as I know they all put the same % in.
That's the short version.
