Default Diamond cut re-furb Scotland

Can anyone recommend a good place to use preferably near Edinburgh?
Looking to get my RS500 wheels diamond cut and painted in the next couple of weeks.
Spoke to the wheel specialist who are based in the Gyle area, was quoted £85 per wheel + vat. Fair price or not?

Simple solution is to ship them to Prestine alloy wheels they do an amazing job and they are pretty cheap, i think cheaper than your quote - google them and put RS500 in the search you'll see their work
