Can U Drive..........
Can u drive a car if u r 16 with a provisional licence. If u have a person over 21 with u thet has a full licence?

only if your disabled
but its only specific disabilitys (don't know which ones), If I remember correctly

nah u cant drive 3 month before your 17 you must be 17 or over unless you have certain disability allowances hth

you cant, unless you have a disability or you learn off road with a driving school...

17 And abover and the passenger has to be over 21 and has to have been driving for 3yrs i think thats whot it is
