Yep, proper job by Fred at BTM in Brum, seriously it isn't like a normal run of the mill cambelt change. You do need all correct locking tools to do it properly. I'm not saying a good garage couldn't do it but you can't bodge them. There's only about 6 people in the country that I would trust to do it 100%. From things I've seen and experienced, I wouldn't touch Ktec or NW Performance.

He does know it he's just got a crap memory lol - the plates been on the car for years and he did a fair bit of work on it for my brother while he owned it.....

He'd recognise me and my brother as we live near his unit and he purchased my old track 172 off me (had an oil cooler sticking out the front of it - he'll know the car).

The car had a pretty comprehensive history but my brother traded R15KEB and another one in against a brand new Clio 200 about 14 mths ago so it's probably disappeared.

Anyways - bargain for £820

Probably,i'm the same in the garage here,after you see the same kind of car every day for a few weeks they're all the same

Could be worth asking Fred to look by previous owner's names, he might be able to find previous invoices that way.
