Hi
got a 07 mk6 fiesta zetec s.
when i park the car on full lock or at slow speeds the steering becomes very heavy and you can hear the power steering belt running.

has anyone had this problem? as i know these suffer from steering rack problems, just not to sure what to be looking for.

Had this on my Evo, turn't out the fluid was below minimum level. Worth checking the level?

nope the fluid is bang on max so there cant be any leaks. its absolutley fine at normal speeds just when you get down to 5mph or when parking it just goes very heavy.
