this happens all the time thats why if the seller doesnt have a buy it now price i bid at the very last second as if i put a bid down days before it will get bumped up by 'his/her mate' and end up paying loads more than i fairly had to

i was looking for a car for a few wks and the bid bumping was obvoius. so many cars get relisted because the bumpers are winning the bids.

I only ever buy stuff on buy it now coz of the bid bumpers, this one was stupidly obvious, 3 bids by the same person one after another and bumped up by £1000!! you would think people would look at the bids before bidding.

just been bumped again by 2***d (2) the same person who put a bid of £1800 then £2500 and then £2800 without anyone else bidding on it, the person then removed the bids but now just bumped it up to £1750.

looks like the "fake" bidder won the auction
whats the chances of it getting relisted in the next week claiming "RELISTED DUE TO NON PAYER"?
