just wondering how easy it is to find out what ford dealer my cosworth came from or am i pissing against the wind?

Thers a.form u can send off pal to the dvla..v555 i think it is this will list supplying/selling dealer costs a fiver.

FG comes up as Fife Brighton if thats what the reg plate of the Sapphire still is?

If it's Brighton down south theirs a chance it came from this dealership

Endeavour motors,90-96 preston road,brighton

Should be stamped on the front cover of your service book if you still have it.

Failing that for a fiver DVLA will send you all the previous owners details inc supplying dealer

Never heard of Fife Brighton (live near Brighton btw) but you never know.
Endeavour used to be a good place for RS parts, but sadly it is now a block of flats

just looked in the service book, it says

THE TARGET MOTOR CO. LTD
WORTH PARK AVENUE
THREE BRIDGES
CRAWLEY, SUSSEX

there aint anything on dmb for them gutted...

there is a service stamp for ZENETH tho

just send as fiver to dvla as mo said with the relevant form and it will state which dealer sold it for definite
