i lost the keys to my mk6 escort i got a new ecu and key transponder off a running car put the bits on mine the car started up fine left it half an hour went out and the car wont start there no startermotor and cart here the pump prime up can anyone help

sounds like the transponder is not picking up the key signal, check the plug under the cowling etc on the ring and make sure its the same key as you used to start it before too
