Default Transit electrical fault

hi guys, i really need some urgent help. we have a 2009 transit motorhome which i have sold to a customer collecting next week. when they came to view, the battery was flat, so we fitted a new one. (1 week old now). since then, the battery has gone flat again! we have investigated this, and found that every so often the dashboard lights all come on, (even with keys out and van locked up) and the green centre display in the dash stays on permanently. this is causing the battery to flatten and we dont know how to stop it. any ideas

pleeeeaaase??

Obviously something is causing that to stay on!

I am sure i have heard it mentioned these have a common 'relay' problem which is most likely causing your issue!
