Default Best oil and plugs for a frst.

What do ya reckon peep, what do you use and what do you think is better for a frst running around 180 bhp

Mobil 1 Motorsport 15w50 or Silkolene Pro S 10w50.

Plugs, AGPR 12 PP8 or AGPS 071C from Ford.

I'm using Silkolene Pro S on my FRST after running it in.

Seems spot on, well happy with it
