2002 ford mondeo tdci knocking slightly
hi im new to this wesite so hope iv got the right page my question is iv just brought a 52 plate ford mondeo zetec tdci 2.0 and in the first week the number 2 injector needed replacing so i got that done and had all 4 injectors re-coded but its now started making a knocking nosie not on idle but wheni acellerate between 1000 and 2000 rpm not realy loud but theres deffently somthing not right iv been told it might be my little end knocking if its sounds like it is will it be a big job to fix it or can i get away with running it as it is.thanks for taking time to read my post

it could be many things to be honest
best bet is to get it checked out properly before you jump into anything
if it is a little end bearing then it is a big job
it involves taking the cylinder head and sump off and removing the pistons and con rods
so its a fairly involved job
