No, it's not.
edit. I think it's normal 205 block.

RS500 205 blocks have smaller core plugs than a normal 205 block

So when ford designed the RS500, why did they feel that smaller core plugs were necessary?

Doesnt look like oine to me
you can see the lug sticking out where the alternator goes hasnt even been removed

This is the best picture i could get of mine but you can see the smaller core plugs
