Default Turbo oil feed restrictor

What restrictor do I need for a standard focus rs turbo on my zetec turbo I'm building? I've got the standard oil feed but only normal banjos for it.

That's all you should need mate (I think) pretty sure it's only gt series turbo's that need a restrictor.

no restrictor mate you wear out the urbo focus rs turbo is a gt wet bearing

as above (he should know like)
even a gt turbo doesn't need a restrictor in most cases, see garrett or owen developments for any that do though.
