What a pleasure to deal with! I first contacted Rob_DOHC a couple of months ago about mapping and modifying my megasquirt.
The original build was finished by a main uk seller as the ecu was incomplete when i purchased it, and the wasted spark, iscv and tacho circuits were added too. All I have done to the ecu was upgrade it to MS2 a year later to which i am 'guilty' of the orange wire. It was to my surprise however that the ecu wasnt in great shape.
As pointed out, the board had no conformal coating, and the board was tarnished & corroded, as pictured.

The component leg used to strengthen a track, and heavy corrosion under the map sensor

Burnt wires from fitting the wasted spark....

The ecu looking tidied up, and boost control circuit installed

Robs own 4 Bar map sensor with baro correction installed

And the ecu as i received it, now conformally coated and protected

Wires glued down too, very impressed with the build quality

All of this was very cheap! It would of been more expensive to buy the parts for the sensor and boost control from abroad and fit them myself than have Rob do the work, and Rob has tidied up someone elses work included in the price. I was updated on all the work as he went along too with pictures and a write up on whats been done etc. The ecu came back with paperwork and wiring diagrams for connecting up, although I have now commissioned Rob to build me a new 1.5meter loom to my spec, which again is cheaper than anywhere else.
Keep up the good work! I look forward to meeting you on mapping day! All of their details can be found on their website http://www.boostmonkeys.co.uk

I'm getting an unterminated loom so I can put the connectors where I want. If you choose ofam you need to use your own loom, if you get a complete megasquirt rob can make the loom how you want
