Simply put, No.

Even a decent hunter setup should only cost you £70/80 MAX for all 4 wheels

Eh? I give £25 for front wheel alignment on my Focus and thats using Hunter Hawk Eye? Basically was laser tracked.

Was given some Halfords Autocentre (near Sevenkings) vouchers so took the old mans '71 Mercedes 280se in for tracking... They rung me up a short while later and told me they couldn't do it as they didnt have the right weight. Basically they said you need to fill the tank up and basically get four people in the car - thats the weight they didn't have as supposedly the tracking is different when you're fully loaded.

Actually what they didn't have was the correct toe in/out figures as she is too old for their system, so instead of telling me that they came out with some bull shit story which made them look like a right bunch of dickheads (they didn't think I knew what was needed for it to be done).

Exactly. The kwik fit lads are on crap money and love a drink job. ask one about a cash price and he might tell you to come back on another day when theres less eyes around.
