need some advice on my zetec turbo setup


so far i have had 3 hose conectors machined in to the block 1 for the turbo return and 2 at the back but didnt bother with the sump yet

i was thinking of blocking one off at the back of the block and installing another in the rocker cover so a pipe goes from the block to the rocker cover then the oil will go up the pipe and the airea in the rocker cover/cams will act like an oil seperator then the oil will return back to the sunp and the gas can escape from the original zetec breather hole in the rocker cover

that basicly emulating the cvh system

if some one could post some tryed and tested systems where u dont have to keep emptying catch tanks etc.. ie maintenence free then let me know

out of the whole conversion this is the only thing i havnt put much brain power in to

so i need to blank off one of the block breathers (i had 2 put in) and install some sort of tank conector at the bottom of the sump under the oil level ?

or could i use the other breather in the block for the oil to drain back?

you dont want the sump connector under the oil level unless your goign to use aeroquip propper lseal like

push on pipes will leak

And don't use Silicone Hoses, they react with the oil and die.
