havin spoke to a few guys the other night on here i had decided to do a zetec conversion on my mk2 escort....but needing to ask the question would i be better of keeping my 1300 x flow and buying some tuning parts to go on it. can anybody help on what to buy as in camshaft, carbs etc. i am not wanting to create a monster just bring it up to date sort of thing as in power wise on the road

 

130 to 136 out of a 2.0 zetec thats with the cat on and management i hve got mag featured rs1600i rep had 1.8 zetec in put 2.0 what a difference it made and 45s

 

also have a chance of an early 2ltr pinto not sure what type though.....would that go onto a 1,3 box

 

need sump the lot for pinto

 

so if i was to stick with the zetec what carb could i use ....so ecu doesnt have to be used
