any clifford wizard experts on here
I have downloaded the program [disc] into 2 laptops .. A old dell on xp which has a serial port on the back . And my acer which is newer and has no serial port . So i bought a usb to serial port adapter .. The program has downloaded successfull into both .. But they both come up with no com ports available , and it wont communicate with alarm .. Do you know if alarm has to be in valet mode .. Or do i need to configure ports on computer .. Regards mark
