proper rosejointed ones or the std metalastic ones?
my vote it PU for rouad use with rosejoints for serious track/competition. the puones over the std ones ever time as they wil outlast the ford ones and are cheaper.

its defining "better" really,,, why go for something that perishes with age, ive had to replace them on both my cossies as the ford ones were fooked , the first at only 30K then the second at 50K , the PU stuff does not degrade with age like rubber does but does give a firmer 'more feel' to the ride .
