I still havnt had ma courtesy car yet, apparantly they cant give me one until they have the other drivers details, he left the scene but i got his reg no. but they still havnt tracked it as yet.. neither has the police, albany and elephant themselves..

Im back at work now and sponging for lifts, cant be doin with it all, surely it doesnt take 7days, ive been phoning them 3 or 4 times a day now everyday and still havent heard shit..

My wife had a head on with a car and the driver admitted full liabilty.
my insurance company had car removed same day but said we could not
have a cover car until they had the other party's insurance admit liability
they then said they would take the car of us when the car was comfirmed a
write off!
Car was written off before insurance company's had got in contact with each
other so ended up with out a courtesy car at all and a load off other hassle
too
they canceled are cover soon as car was written off and we got a letter
five day's later so we were borrowing car's and we was not covered.
They did not evan give us the choice of buying a cheap runner to change the
policy just so we could still have transport

i could not work out the benifit of having fully comp insurance
