Any one in the USA have a Torque Plate for rebuild

I'm trying to get a torque plate for my engine rebuild on a '95 Escort Cosworth. Cosworth in California doesn't have any for the YB block. Also, if anyone on the otherside of the pond has any suggestions on where to get one or rent it please let me know.

A little bit of both actaully

I need to have cylinder walls overbored - signs of detonation. Also upgrading to GRP A con-rod bolts and WRC head-gasket. Getting the head, intake and exhaust manifolds ported and polished and the exhaust manifold and turbo comprrssor housing ceramic coated. Figure i'd get all this done while it was apart.
