NEXT QUESTION! (Yes im still awake

What the fuck do the "points" you get awarded do?
Cant see owt about them in the instructions...
I was getting 1 point for a win every time with the GTR, but now using a RX7 drift car i won (havent modded it, not mega fast but handles like a dream so still win) and im getting 5points per win, one race flashed up "6point race" at the beginning...
Is it cause its not totally in a different league to the other cars power wise (as the GTR was upwards of 700bhp last time i used it ) so you get awarded more points as its harder to win with less power?
Im reluctant to mod this RX7 more (even tho i wanna) incase these points mean summat, but i dont know what

Did you all transfer 100,000 credits from GT3 ?
I really fancied buying the M3 CSL but was 3000 credits out
So got myself a 2nd hand R34 GT-R V-spec. Exhaust, airfilter, and IC... 380bhp
More than enough to whoop those sunday drivers !

I got me game at 0.02am from tescos last night. Grabbed it even before the guy took it off the trolley.
hehe how do you guys get that £100,000. I saw the option but ignore that as i wanted to start fresh.
I ended up buying a Mitsi Lancer Evo 1. Ive tuned it up to 349bhp so far.
Anyone else notice that the handling is bloody hard now? Too fast and you understeer through the corners and come out of it too fast and u oversteer, correct, snap back really sharp and go spinning out the other way!!!! arghh. Once you have lost control its almost impossible to get the car back in control unless you slow right down.

wasnt impressed at first..... but take it back
what a game,
the driving engine is sooooooooooooooooooooooooo realistic, u cant just batter it off the line it is soo hard to get traction, then theres teh braking, jam the brakes on and it locks up, and keeps going, come off em and it bites and slows u down, very very very impressed
also left foot breaking works in the corners on teh fwd
brilliant game so far
didnt notice the skyline forsale, was a bit miffed that 99% of the 2nd hand cars were jap bought a nice civic type R one lady owner

only thing that keeps fucking me up is if anyones played project gotham enfatically on the xbox, you come on htis and all your co-ordination goes to shit

Well, ive had 3hours sleep so far
When you start the game, if you got any sence at all, get the R32GTR, better than most the cars on there that cost 10 times as much...
My one is currently 720bhp and about 1250kg (i think, cant be arsed to look agian), with the GT wing etc downforce to full, and on soft racing tyres, the thing is untouchable, handles amazing, and can pull 195mph down some of the straights and still slow for the corner!
I took it for a quick blast of the 'ring, 1st lap ever on that track, span it 3 times , and still got 7min 23sec (runs a 10.1@141mph down the 1/4 too, and thats with the susp set hard with a lot of camber, couldnt be arsed changing back from my track settings)
The D1GP RX7 drift car you win is a nice handler too, its not as quick as id like it, can make it 600 odd brake, but then it really does start to feel laggy on the slower corners
Got a 770bhp Option 350Z, and TBH i dont think its that good going or handling, and soo laggy that if you come to a near stop it takes about 30secs to start going again as the stupid game dont dip the clutch does it...
Good enough to piss on the Z car races tho, lol...
They the only 3 cars ive used so far, won others but they no use to me, some havent got a price so no point even flogging them

Whats wrong with starting with a extra 100k ?
Its a option in the game so isn't cheating.... Its your choice weather you want to do it or not.... i tbh can't be arsed to start with a slow car when all i'm trying to do it get a faster one in the first place.
Anyway, what should i do... spend the 76k on the R34 or save and get me self a M3 CSL ?
