1.7 puma engine in mk3 xr2i
My head gasket has gone on my xr2i 1.6 8v and have seen a 1.7 puma engine, gearbox, ecu and loom on eBay for cheap, so was wondering if it would fit straight into my fiesta or would I have to change a few things. Could some1 help me with this. Cheers stu

Won't be a straight fit. They didnt offer the sigma series engine in the mk3. Would need custom mounts, custom exhaust, and a whole load of ballache.
An 1800 or 2000 zetec would be pretty much straight fit though, always are in place of a cvh, especially in a mk3 fiesta seeing as they used the 1800 in the rs1800
