barrier deadlock has f***ked my gearbox! help!!!
had a barrier deadlock fitted to the car and the box bust , got the box out and the idiots who fitted it have drilled the shaft that goes from the bottom of the gearstick to the box and suprise suprise its snapped 
, how stupid are these people??? the bar is about 15mm wide and hollow, they have drilled about a 10mm hole right the way through it leaving about 2mm each side , so the upshot is , dont get a bloody barrier fitted and does anyone know where i can get a shaft assembly from? or does anyone have a one lying around????

pmsl, aye but the thing was fitted before i had bought the car so i am fooked as i dont know here fitted it box is out getting fully overhauled atm and i want it back together this week so i have no time to pursue the tossers , just need a new/second hand shaft thing
