No it doesn't,it just means no reserve therefore will sell at the opening bid, just like going to a car auction,90% of the time if it's a £2000 car the auctioneer starts at £5-600,not £1

im still amazed at how people think that after 3 or 4 years of use thier item still is worth 90% of its original value ...
selling tat for huge money.. well i know what im after and what its worth.
would rather buy a new item for the extra 10%...

I said to him that the £8 also includes the cost of packing materials, fuel to drive into town, cost of parking and my time to do it all. I got right arsey with the cunt saying that it clearly stated £8 in the auction so if you weren't happy with that then why the fuck did you bid you thick cunt?

Still waiting for a response

Can see why he was moaning tbh.

General rule of thumb is listed postage price should be near to actual postage costs.

You were way off the mark in your estimates.

no reserve mean no resserve and it sells to the highest bidder

if the highest bidder puts in a bid of 10p and wins then that's everyone elses fault for not bidding on it, not the winner of the auction

and it's certainly the fault of the seller for being such a thick twat to not put a £2k starting price on something that they want at least £2k for and not 10p

Ebay is a complete joke imo, i only sell cars on there and do classified adverts now and only buy from shops with decent feedback anymore.

I can complain with the deals I've had, been stung a few times but that was a few years ago

I buy my work ties on eBay now as they cost 2 quid each and last as long as it takes for me to get covered in either coffee or oil

Sunglasses are a steal on there at times as was my cycle lamps oh and my bike for work

Oh and 2 years ago bought a Clio 172 on their for 1400 but got it for 1200 due to the usual " just realised this don't work and that don't work and m missing this" usual sellers crap a d I still own that car

Trying to buy a bike for the missus but for some reason 16ins decent bikes are not a good deal even though its fucking winter or maybe my bike was a proper steal and I don't want to pay more for hers lol

I'm currently looking at go karts on there to get a idea of prices,,,,,,,,, fucking ain't got the room at the min but if a deal comes up I know I will start a huge fucking row lol

So many posts I agree with, been looking at resto project and the like, putting starting bids up that are just as high as cars that are in great condition, so many arseholes on there.

My thoughts exactly, put it on for the least you would take for it,and no reserve.
