Recommendations for escort rs turbo gearbox oil?

As above, i have purchased a brand new GEARS stage 2 gearbox for my escort rs turbo. and jst wondering on peoples recommendations for the best gear oil to use? Thanks in advance.

Same as above. Opie recommends 80w when I find the car model.

Ay better oils to deal with around 200hp and diff?
