My house is still open for people to stay if they want, its about 20 mins from Santa Pod.
If you're looking at B&Bs or Travel Lodges, search for Poddington, Wellingborough, Rushden, Olney, all those are reasonably close to the Pod.
Personally I think we should all go out for a piss up in Milton Keynes

Check in half hour and the fooker was snoring his head of so went to bed. Woke up the next morning feeling dog rough and though ohwell atleast i wont feel as bad as Sunny, next thing i now he comes out of his room on the phone feeling fine!! fookin coont Awsome night! though i wont be that drunk this time if im bringing the cossie. plus the night before think of to cardiff on night out

i live 2 mins from the pod so ill be there
its also my birthday
there are 2 good travel lodges
1, a45 from northampton on the mcdonalds drive through roundabout is the ibis travel lodge and next too to that is the priory where the alcahol will flow
2, as you come off the a45 coming from northampton at the big tescos there is the travel inn and next to that is the dog and duck
both are resonable in prices
i think the dog and duck one is a little cheper but u can choose fron here
