Galaxy TD 1997 1Z dual mass flywheel or not?
easy question that even dealers cant tell me........
1997 Galaxy TD im due to do a clutch on, punter tells me its not a dual mass according to Euros, but my parts supplier says it has one
anyone shed any light on it?
dont wanna get stuck for 3 days waiting for bits

Vw engine is it not ? Would have thought to early to be a dual mass though really.
Take the rubber inspection bung of the top of the gear box and have a look mate.
That's how I checked if my Ibiza cupra ( same box ) had been converted on not.

cheers boys, everywhere i check seems to show a DMF, just my centre manager trying to do it on the cheap

id rather pull the box out and leave it dead on the ramp for 3 days untill i can sourse one just to prove a point
