Roller rockers

Ive bought a xr4i and on the ad it says it has Roller rockers. What are the benefits of them as I've never hears of them before.
It's a cologne 2.8 v6

roller rockers reduce wear, and friction, and can run at higher engine speeds

I'm pretty sure Burtons do them for a Cologne!
