the garage im in isnt the warmest of places so is it best to leave the thinner out, or will it give me a better shine despite being colder?

Unfortunatly it varies mate with different manufacturer's, i dont use celly either as no one really does, but i used a celly topcoat as a one off and that was a 1-1 mix so was like spraying water

Well if i use a mix of 2 parts lacquer and 1 part hardener, i imagine it will go off eventually!

Ideally i wanted to use two pack, but due to the fumes i couldnt being my grandads garage!

Ah yea, deff not a good idea using 2pack that stuff is fookin letal if you dont have extraction or a huge area!!!!!!!

Id say go with what the others have said mate or maybe wait till tomorrow and ask wherever you go it from the ratio?!

I got it through my mates brother in law, he works in a local paint shop that supply's the motor trade, unfortunatly he doesnt know, he knows rough quantities as he was able to supply me with anough stuff but not exact. He also managed to get me quite a healthy discount of Ł145, so dont want to pester too much.

He managed to get hold of a few advice sheets but nothing mentions the lacquer on it, or at least the mixing ratio's.

Ill go with 70/30 and test try it.

Thanks for the help.

the laquer should be identical to the colour coat for the same brand. I hate the stuff though - 2pac for me - fumes or not!
