your brain is saying the evo .. BUT your heart is saying the COSSIE!!! the evo you can buy today and tomorow and the day after. . but the cossie if you buy it you buy it if you dont then its gone and you will never get anything like it for a while.... so id go with my heart because the evo could be tested out later.. you will always get an evo on any day of the month mate there like a disease EVERYWHERE!

The last thing you want is getting an evo and then getting absolutly destroyed by a proper cossie on the track !

Later model evos will shed value...quickly!
I would personally go for the escos and tune that. The evo is a more modern car, and quite possibly quicker point to point, but a lot of it is down to driver at clubman levels.

The escos may appreciate in value...the evo will definately lose value.

As others have said, it depends what you want from the car. But I think Evos look pants to be honest.
Escort Cosworths still look mean as, and they were my dream car from back in the day so Im biased... hehe

Had Both Escos and Evo

Glad the Cosworth is gone, never have looked back, really are no contest

If your after a Evo has to be a 6, 8MR, 9MR RS, 9GT or 10RS if the budget stretches these 5 hold there value very well and a stage 1 400bhp is a quick machine, if your modding budget is good anything beyond stage 2 is silly fast, handling is lovely, not alot will keep up with you.

Ross is a really nice guy as well, he has put some serious time and money into his bits along with Gary from APT
