Default Airtec throttle bracket

Has anyone on here used one?

I've recently fitted one and it just doesn't seem right with the standard cable

It's either the cable is wrong for this setup or me being stupid but i have been trying to set the throttle position sensor and i can get the 0.35v on closed throttle but can't get anywhere near the recommended open throttle figure i'm struggling around 3.75v which isn't enough due to the throttle not getting full lift as i'm after 4.5v+.

With the throttle fully open 3.09v the spring is completely compressed to max and the reading is in the video.

The picture below is with the throttle cable removed

Also does anyone know what size O ring the inlet to throttle is as i want to change that as it's started ticking over at 1500rpm and then rising when hot so points to air leak and the Cometic gasket has been used a few times now.
